Our premier service the complete IT solution is exactly that - complete. With just one company to contact, it removes the risk of being passed from pillar to post whenever a problem arises. It is a pro-active service, where your essential equipment is remotely monitored and corrective action taken prior to a minor issue becoming a major problem. In addition to remotely helping whenever a request is received, you benefit from visits for us to meet users and investigate any issues. Software companies regularly release a variety of security fixes and patches, installation of which is often critical to avoid disruption and potential security problems. The installation of these - for both Windows and other applications and utilities - is also included in the service. The service includes generous free minutes, which can be consolidated and used against any problem that may arise during the month. They can also be carried over to the next month and only expire after sixty days. |
