What to do next
Step 1 - Call
If you would like your laptop repaired, you can either bring it to our repair centre (3 mins from Heathrow Airport) or arrange collection from your home or work place by calling us on 020 8581 4004 .
Step 2 - Collect
Customers arranging collection of their laptops will receive a SERVICE AUTHORISATION NUMBER . Our staff will then arrange collection on a day that is most suited to you*.
Step 3 - Diagnose & Repair
Once the laptop has been recieved, our technicians will begin diagnosis & evaluation. Depending on the level of work required & costs, our technicians will call to confirm before proceeding.
Step 4 - Return
When the repairs or upgrades are complete, our staff will call to arrange delivery on a day that suits you.
Pricing¹
Our basic fee is £24.99 Ex Vat which includes collection, diagnosis, evaulation and return of your laptop. If you wish to proceed with repairs, our staff will quote the total costs including parts & labour additional to the basic fee.
*Collection time is normally between 9am and 6pm week days. We cannot provide a specific collection time.
